Litovel sugar refinery
Litovel sugar refinery is a traditional producer of coarse-grained crystal sugar and caster sugar. The ATE company realized delivery and of drives installation for automatic recycling centrifuges ARO 1250. It is the control of DC motors with an output of 205 to 266kW using thyristor controller SIMOREG. Technological cycle is controlled by SIMATIC S7-300 and control panel OP77B. The system allows operation of individual machines or their classification into groups. The machines in the group are technologically connected and ensure smooth operation of the whole group (battery) of centrifuges. Control of individual machines can be used in manual or in fully automatic operation by choosing on the control panel centrifuge.
The ATE company also realized the supply and installation of drives for a beet cutter. It is the control of DC motors with an output of 30.5 kW using thyristor controller SIMOREG. The drive is controlled by a superior control system or machine can work independently. Control of individual machines can be selected on the control boxes, which are located at each machine. Scope of delivery and method of operation and control of various machines always takes into account all customer requirements.
