Engineering means mainly designing of electrical devices, analyzing of control systems and programming.

Technical documentation

Every documentation is created in CAD software (AutoCAD, Eplan). The customer gets well-arranged, legible and bounded documentation in A4 or A3 format. It contain technical description, circuit diagram, arrangement of apparatuses on panels and switchboards, disposal of cable line, wire list, material specifications and subdelivery specifications. Documentation is created also in foreign languages and according to foreign standards.

Control systems

Control systems support automatic run of manufacturing line and technological data and operator actions archiving. Control algorithms are able to minimize power consumption, materials, human labour and maximize final product quality. Whole technological process is possible to view in one or more screens. Warnings and errors are indicated on screen or by sound signal, eventually on printer. Operating staff is checked in manual mode by control algorithm to prevent any fault.

ATE programming engineers developed optimal solution for HW and SW of control system for short range technology and also for large extent technology, industrial standards included. Selection of automation components is done with maximum exactness and with maintenance of standard trends, open system and medium compatibility. All components are selected from prestigious world- wide producers. For application and visualization system is used mainly WinCC, PCS7 and RSView.

Control system is often assembled from two levels. One is PLC and the second is operator station. The conception of ATE control technology is based on SIEMENS automation components. In PLC level are used components from SIMATIC S7 line. In operator station level are applied systems from wide range of SIEMENS visual and control displays.
