PRECHEZA Inc. has more than hundred years of tradition, especially in the production of inorganic chemical products. It is the largest manufacturer and supplier of inorganic pigments in the Czech Republic, one of the three producers of titanium dioxide in the CEFTA countries and exporter of technological know how.
ATE realized the delivery and installation of drives for automatic recycling centrifuge gypsum. It is a control of alternating current motor with an output of 132kW by Danfoss frequency converter. Technological cycle is controlled by control system SIMATIC S7 – 300. The system allows to control and operate the machine also by using the higher-level control system and optimize production with regard to the operation of the rest of the customer's equipment. The control of individual machines is possible to select in manual or fully automatic operation on the centrifuge control panel.
