Association for chemical and metallurgical production, joint-stock company (Spolchemie) is one of the leading manufacturers of synthetic resins in Europe. Standard products include epoxy resins and alkyd resins, including hardeners and solvents.
The subject realization of ATE company was the delivery of two control systems for technology of waste gases disposal, regarding gases containing toluene. Our control systems are connected to the system of epoxy resins production. A toluene liquidefied by chilling is returned to production, the rest is incinerated. Management is based on the components: PLC S7-300, the first control system has an operator panel TP270 Siemens, the second control system has Siemens MP277 operator panel.
